As Principal Practitioner, Lucy has a PGDip in Guidance and a Qualification in Career Guidance, as well as an ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring. Lucy has also trained in Maternity Coaching with The Maternity Coach.
She has worked as a Recruiter for seven years and a Careers Practitioner for nearly 15 years. Lucy is also a member of the The Career Development Institute or CDI and follows their Code of Ethics.
